With destructive and non-destructive testing procedures we ensure our high-quality standard

We use non-destructive testing on the one hand to eliminate components with defects, and on the other hand to ensure the quality of all components in the process.

We can use different methods, such as digital radiography, fluorescent penetrant inspection, ultrasonic inspection or by microscope. For FPI and digital radiography we have NADCAP certification, which stands for the highest quality standards. Our quality department also includes a new laboratory for metallography. Here we examine, among other things, cut ups for production release as well as trials and internal testing. Customer approval for the laboratory is already being planned.

Perfectly trained personnel is essential for our testing. We attach great importance to continuous education and training of our staff in order to always be up to date with the latest technology.
